Pottery Soba cup, Yellowish-brown
This ceramic "Soba" cup (buckwheat noodle bowl) is made using the "Tobiganna(hopping plane)" technique, a 350-year-old tradition of Koishiwara Pottery in Fukuoka Prefecture, which uses a tool's cutting edge to create a continuous line of shavings.
Designed to hold Soba (buckwheat noodles) inside, it can also be used to pour a generous amount of sake.
Pottery is generally compatible with all types of sake, but it is especially suitable with rich or sweet sake. Sake can be served at any temperature, so having a pottery sake cup will come in handy.
<Diameter 81mm, height 70mm, capacity 200ml>
